Purana Qila is Urdu for Old Fort and is situated in New Delhi. It is often referred to as Shergarh or Sher Fort after the Mughal Emperor Sher Shah Suri, who initiated its construction. Believed to be inhabited for the past 2,500 years. The Indo-Islamic architecture decorating the interior and exterior walls of it only speaks of its cultural significance. • Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
• Please adhere to the timings.
• The package cannot be split.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
• Entry Fee is not refundable.
• Visitors shall be required to show photo identity proof in original at the entry to the monument.
• Visitors are required to share valid identity proof (Passport, Voter's ID Card, Student ID Card, PAN card) post booking for booking confirmation voucher.
• Recommended to carry a copy of your vaccination certificate and follow safety protocols as mandated by local administration.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
• All the individuals will be charged at a same price.

Purana Quila Entry Ticket Policies

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed

• If cancellation is made 3 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• If cancellation is made between 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees
